We work closely with clients in matters involving estate and gift planning, transfers of personal wealth during life and at death, furnishing legal advice about managing personal wealth and reducing income taxes and advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with trust and/or estate administrations. We represent numerous family-owned businesses and have developed estate planning strategies and techniques to transfer wealth of older generations to younger generations.
